The participants at OWL really enjoy camping. Our favorite spot to camp is in Hyattville at Medicine Lodge. We always have a great time!
Indigenous Peoples Day at the Washakie Museum & Cultural Center
Our participants spent the day learning about the Indigenous people, their dancing, music, culture,food, and art. It was a very entertaining and educational day.
Some of our community outings have been trips to Thermopolis, Wyoming to play miniature golf. We recently had Dinosaur Week where we spent the week learning about Dinosaurs and doing projects, followed up with a trip to the Dinosaur Museum in Thermopolis. A day trip to Meadowlark Lake to fish and have a picnic is always enjoyed. We had a great time at the Meeteetse Parade over Labor Day weekend!

Fishing is always a fun outing whether it's at the pond by the airport, Big Horn River in Worland, or Meadowlark Lake in the Big Horn Mountains.
Some of our participants enjoy golf, even if it's with the wii at our day hab.
